イラストご利用ガイド｜Illustration User Guide

メンバーシップ加入期間中、イラストをご利用いただけます。
一度お使い頂いたイラストは、退会後も継続してご利用可能です。
「ギャラリーパス」では個人利用を、「アトリエパス」では個人・商用利用をそれぞれ許可しております。

【ご利用時の注意点】
クレジット表記必須: イラストの制作者が「miya」であることをご明記ください。
禁止事項: 自作発言、無断転載、再配布、展示・商品化、悪意のある改変、機械学習など。

■ 個人・商用利用の範囲は？
お金が発生しない場合は個人利用、する場合は商用利用にあたります。

■ どんな場合にパスが必要？
必要: SNSアイコン・ホームページ掲載・動画利用など、他人の目に触れる用途
不要: PCやスマホの壁紙利用など、個人的な用途

■ 商用利用しても大丈夫？
にじジャーニー/Midjourneyの規約で商用利用が許可されております。詳しくは公式の情報をご参照ください。
また、公開しているプロンプトなどの情報から、商用利用に権利関係上の問題が無いことをご確認いただけます。
プロンプトなどの情報を常に公開しているのは、イラストにこうした透明性を持たせるためでもあります。

■ どのイラストでも使えるの？
過去に制作したほぼ全てのイラストをお使いいただけます。
ご利用いただけないものは、以下のとおりです。

にじジャーニー製:
Deviant Artのギャラリー「Other」に分類されるイラスト。※ご依頼絵、アートワーク・自画像・贈り物・ファンアートなど
これらは権利関係上、または制作者個人の都合上ご利用いただけません。

モデル・LoRAの利用規約上、一部ご利用頂けません。
今後、利用可否を各イラストのキャプションに追記する予定です。

■ このイラストも使っていいの？
ご利用可能です。
他のイラストで「MIYAKO MUSEUM」などの文字が入っているものも同様です。

■ イラストを加工してもいいの？
加工編集・素材利用とも問題ございません。

■ 機械学習を禁止してるのはどうして？
学術誌Natureの論文で発表された「モデル崩壊」を懸念しての対策です。
モデル崩壊は、AIの生成したデータで訓練したAIモデルの出力が劣化する現象です。
技術の向上と共にいつかこの問題が解決されたら、このルールは取り払いたいと思っています。

■ どこでダウンロードできるの？
Deviant Artのギャラリーから非圧縮のファイルをダウンロードできます。
ちちぷいで公開されているのは、WEBPまたはAVIF形式に圧縮されたファイルです。

■ 連絡なしに使ってもいいの？
ご利用時の連絡は不要ですが、お声をかけていただけますと嬉しいです。
ご連絡をいただいた場合、もし問題がないようでしたらSNS等で情報を共有させていただきます。

■ プレゼントしてもらったイラストも使っていいの？
お贈りしたイラストを受け取られたご本人さまでしたら、メンバーシップ無関係にお使いいただいて構いません。

なお、上記ガイドはクリエイティブ・コモンズ・ライセンスに属するものではありません。
そのため、今後予告なく変更する場合がありますことをご了承ください。

Illustrations are available for the duration of your membership subscription.
Once you have used an illustration, you can continue to use it even after you cancel your membership.
The “Gallery Pass” is for personal use, and the “Atelier Pass” is for personal and commercial use.

[Notes on use]
Credit statement required: Please indicate that "miya" is the creator of the illustration.
Prohibited: Homemade remarks, unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, exhibition or commercialization, malicious modification, machine learning, etc.

■ What is the scope of personal and commercial use?
If no money is involved, it is personal use; if money is involved, it is commercial use.

■ In what cases is a pass required?
Required: Uses visible to others, such as SNS icons, website posting, video use, etc.
Not required: Personal uses such as PC or smartphone wallpapers

■ Is it safe for commercial use?
Commercial use is permitted under the terms and conditions of niji journey/Midjourney. Please refer to the official information for details.
You can also confirm that there are no rights-related problems with commercial use based on the prompts and other information that we have made available.
One of the reasons I always make prompts and other information public is to bring this kind of transparency to my illustrations.

■ Which illustrations can I use?
You can use almost all the illustrations I have created in the past.
The following illustrations are not available.

Made by niji journey:
Illustrations categorized in Deviant Art's gallery “Other”. *Client work, artwork, self-portraits, gifts, fan art, etc.
These are not available for rights reasons or for the creator's personal convenience.

Not made by niji journey:
Due to the terms of use of the model or LoRA, some of the illustrations can not use.
I will add the availability to the caption of each illustration in the future.

■ Can I use this illustration too?
Available.
Other illustrations with text such as “MIYAKO MUSEUM” can be used as well.

■ Can I process illustrations?
There is no problem with processing, editing, or use as a material.

■ Why do you prohibit machine learning?
The measures are based on concerns about "model collapse," as published in an article in the journal Nature.
Model decay is a phenomenon in which the output of an AI model trained on AI-generated data deteriorates.
I for one would like to get rid of this rule when this problem is solved someday with the improvement of technology.

■ Where can I download it?
You can download the uncompressed file at the Deviant Art gallery.
The files published in chichi-pui are compressed in WEBP or AVIF format.

■ Can I use it without contacting you?
You don't need to contact me at the time of use, but I would be happy to hear from you.
If you contact me, if there is no problem, I will share the information on SNS, etc.

■ Can I use illustrations that were given to me as gifts?
If you are the recipient of the illustration, you may use it without regard to membership.
